These Terms & Conditions establish the complete rules governing the relationship between batji and every registered player on the platform.

Account Eligibility

Section 1

Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout this agreement and all supplemental policies published on batji.net.

"Platform"	The batji website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at batji.net, including the casino lobby, sportsbook, and payment portal.
"Wager" / "Bet"	Any real-money stake placed by a player on a casino game, sports event, or other betting market available on the batji platform.
"Bonus Funds"	Any credit added to a player's account as part of a promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload bonus, or other marketing incentive issued by batji.
"Real Funds"	Any amount deposited directly by a player via a supported payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer) and credited to their batji wallet.
"Wagering Requirement"	The total bet volume a player must achieve before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 25x).
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process batji may require a player to complete before processing withdrawals or continuing platform access.
"BST"	Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) — the reference time zone for all time-sensitive provisions in this agreement, including promotion validity windows and support response times.

References to "days" mean calendar days in Bangladesh Standard Time unless otherwise specified. References to "currency" or monetary amounts prefixed with ৳ refer to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Headings used in this document are for navigation purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the batji platform is strictly restricted to adults who meet all of the eligibility criteria set out in this section. By registering an account, you warrant — both at the time of registration and on each subsequent login — that you satisfy each of the following conditions without exception.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. batji operates an 18+ only policy across every product and service on the platform, including cricket betting, casino games, slots, color prediction, and Golden Land arcade games. Any player who provides false information regarding their age will have their account permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.

Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the batji platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. Online gambling regulations in Bangladesh are legally ambiguous; batji operates under an international offshore gaming license and does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling for individual players in Bangladesh or any other territory. One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the batji platform. Opening or attempting to open duplicate, secondary, or alternative accounts — whether using the same identity, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. batji reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain a batji account under any circumstances:

Persons under the age of 18 years old.
Persons who have previously been self-excluded from the batji platform and whose exclusion period has not expired.
Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of batji and its affiliated companies.
Persons accessing the platform using automated tools, bots, or scripts.
Persons acting on behalf of another individual for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility criteria.

Strict 18+ Policy: batji takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe that an account is operated by a person under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend the account, freeze all funds, and initiate a full identity and age verification review. Winnings generated during any period of suspected underage access will be void and forfeited.

Age Verification Process

batji may request the following documents at any time to verify a player's age and identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawal requests over ৳10,000 will routinely trigger a KYC review. Document submissions are reviewed within 24 hours of receipt during business days (BST).

Parental Controls: If you share a device with a minor, we strongly recommend installing parental control software to restrict access to online gambling services. batji supports the use of third-party parental control tools and encourages guardians in Bangladesh to take proactive steps to prevent underage access.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming and betting services on the batji platform, you must complete the account registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times. Incomplete, false, or misleading registration information may result in immediate account suspension.

Registration Information

During registration, batji will request the following information at a minimum: a valid username (unique to your account), a secure password, a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, a date of birth confirming you are 18 years or older, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the batji Privacy Policy. You agree to keep all registration information current and to notify batji promptly at [email protected] if any of your details change.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your batji username, password, and any other login credentials associated with your account. batji will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. Any activity occurring under your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified batji of a suspected security breach prior to the relevant activity taking place.

Suspicious Activity

If you believe your batji account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, or if you suspect your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact batji support immediately at [email protected]. batji will take reasonable steps to secure the account following notification, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access prior to notification.

You must not share your batji account with any other person, including family members or friends.
You must not allow any other person to access the platform through your account for any purpose, including placing bets on your behalf.
Your password must be a minimum of 8 characters and must not be identical to your username or any recently used password.
batji recommends using a unique password for your batji account that is not used on any other website or application.
batji may require you to reset your password at any time for security reasons, including following a detected suspicious login event.
If multiple failed login attempts are detected on your account, batji may temporarily lock the account and prompt identity verification before restoring access.
Account transfers, sales, or any form of commercial exchange of batji accounts between players are strictly prohibited.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Supported Payment Methods

batji currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. batji will communicate any changes to supported payment methods via a platform notice or email to registered players where reasonably practicable.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on the batji platform is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, although your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply daily transaction limits independently of batji's rules. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your batji wallet within 5 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 hours to be credited during standard banking hours in Bangladesh (BST). batji does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal on the batji platform is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by batji's payments team within 24 hours of submission during standard business days (BST). Funds are transferred to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. batji does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals. A KYC identity verification review may be required before a withdrawal is processed, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or amounts exceeding ৳10,000.

Currency

All transactions on the batji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Deposits made from payment providers that process in a different currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. batji is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.

Funds Security

batji maintains player funds in accounts separate from the company's operational funds. While batji is not a regulated financial institution and player funds do not benefit from statutory deposit protection, this separation is maintained as a good-practice measure to protect player balances.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

batji offers a range of bonus and promotional programmes to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion on the batji platform.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by batji are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion page. By way of example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement requires the player to place a total of ৳25,000 in eligible bets before requesting a withdrawal of winnings derived from that bonus.

Bonus Validity

All bonus funds have a validity period within which the wagering requirement must be satisfied. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unsatisfied wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically. The validity period for each bonus is specified in the promotion terms and is measured in calendar days (BST).

Eligible Games

Not all games on the batji platform contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is as follows unless a promotion specifies otherwise:

Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements.
Color Prediction & Golden Land arcade games: 80% contribution.
Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution.
Sports Betting (cricket, football, etc.): 50% contribution on settled single bets with minimum odds of 1.50.
Any other game category not listed above: 0% contribution unless explicitly stated.

Bonus Abuse

batji monitors account activity to detect patterns consistent with systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and exploiting promotional errors. batji reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close any account where bonus abuse is identified. Determinations of bonus abuse are made by batji at its sole discretion.

Bonus Terms Notice: batji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected players via email where reasonably practicable. Players are encouraged to review the current terms of any active bonus before placing bets intended to satisfy wagering requirements.

Section 6

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the batji platform are provided by internationally recognised third-party game suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules established by its respective provider, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general rules apply to all games and betting markets on the batji platform.

Random Number Generation

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game session, the affected round may be voided and any stake placed during that round will be returned to the player's account balance. batji is not liable for any winnings claimed as a result of a technical error. The rule "pays out in error" does not apply — any payout made as a result of a clearly identifiable system error will be reversed following investigation.

Disconnection Policy

If a player experiences a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's pre-set logic. Where applicable, disconnection protection features built into the game will safeguard the player's position. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection when participating in live dealer or in-play betting sessions.

Game Provider Compliance: All game providers integrated into the batji platform hold valid certifications from internationally recognised testing laboratories and operate under independent gaming licenses. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available within each game's information panel and are set by the game provider — not by batji.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the batji platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities. batji monitors all account activity and reserves the right to investigate any behaviour it reasonably suspects may constitute a violation of these rules.

Registering more than one account on the batji platform, regardless of the device, identity, payment method, or IP address used.
Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with batji staff.
Attempting to access the batji platform if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
Using automated software, bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the batji platform in any way.
Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, sports market, or betting event available on batji.
Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the batji platform.
Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, pricing errors, or any identified vulnerability in the batji platform or its games for financial gain.
Using a payment method or financial account that does not belong to you, or that has been funded by fraudulent or illegal means.
Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers without genuine gaming intent.
Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward batji customer support staff or other players via any communication channel.
Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a genuine transaction made on the batji platform through your payment provider without first raising the issue directly with batji support.
Copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, data, or intellectual property belonging to batji or its game providers without written authorisation.

Anti-Money Laundering: batji is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. All accounts are subject to transaction monitoring. Where batji identifies suspicious financial activity, it will freeze the relevant account, report the activity to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable international standards, and cooperate fully with any subsequent investigation. Players who engage in financial crime through the batji platform will have all balances forfeited.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

batji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in any prohibited conduct, or where closure is required to comply with applicable laws or regulatory obligations. In the event of closure due to a verified breach, batji may forfeit the account balance in whole or in part.

Voluntary Closure by Player

A player may request the voluntary closure of their batji account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, the player must withdraw any real-money balance remaining in their account (subject to the standard withdrawal process and any pending wagering requirements on active bonus funds). batji will process a voluntary closure request within 5 business days of receipt.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may activate the self-exclusion feature rather than closing their account entirely. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent closure are available. During a self-exclusion period, the account is inaccessible and all marketing communications are suspended. Effects of Account Closure

Upon permanent account closure — whether voluntary or by batji — the player forfeits any outstanding bonus funds and associated wagering requirements. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any applicable verification checks, provided that no breach of these Terms has occurred that would justify forfeiture. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except with the express written consent of batji's compliance team, following a mandatory review period.

General Provisions

Liability, Amendments & Governing Law

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, batji's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. batji shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses or damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

Platform Availability

batji aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to batji.net at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, infrastructure outages, or events outside batji's reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications network failures. batji is not liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.

Amendments to These Terms

batji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the batji platform at least 7 days before the updated terms take effect, wherever reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the batji platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which batji holds its international offshore gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with batji support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority. Nothing in this clause prevents batji from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance of the invalid provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the batji Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and batji with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, warranties, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
